SUMMARY:Abbotsford International Airshow
DESCRIPTION:The AFC in partnership with the local Rotary Club started the airshow back in 1962.  While we don’t produce the show anymore\, we still run a few parts of it including the Campground\, Fly-in parking area and the Broken Prop Restaurant.  Our members also volunteer individually in other various areas. \nAll AFC members are strongly encouraged to participate as a volunteer every August.  Planning and prep work begins well in advance of the show.  Those who volunteer get a lot of enjoyment out of it\, learn a lot about the local aviation community and get to meet other aviation enthusiasts from all over. \nContact any Board member or send an email to secretary@abbotsfordflyingclub.ca to discover ways to get plugged in and involved. \nPilots interested in learning more about flying to the Abbotsford Airshow can find some info here.
