Event:  Orientation (Information) Meeting for new intakes

Time of Event:  10:00 – 12:30

Additional Time for Setup/Take Down/Tidy Up:  9:00 – 2:00

Number of Participants (Anticipated) 25

* We could use either the lounge area or the meeting room.  We would leave the area/building as we found it (or better).

We would like to access the internet for viewing our website / Youtube / DVD.  We can bring our own equipment (computer and monitor).

This is a handler (people) only event – however, I do like to invite one of our veteran teams along with her dog – to provide a testimonial, as well as a ‘role model’ Therapy Dog as a sample.  This may inflate to two teams – however, the reason I mention this is to ensure that the Club members are in agreement to a well-behaved Therapy Dog being inside the building/room for this event.
